: ‘Yutangmyeon’ is noodles that are fried in oil after the noodles are cooked. By frying the cooked noodles in oil heated to 150˚C, the moisture content can be lowered to 10% or less, where microorganisms cannot reproduce. Nongshim manages the moisture in the yutangmyeon to 7% or less, so it can be stored for a long time without preservatives.
